Today we heard from the inspirational Claire Wardell who shared her story about the menopause and how having a menopause policy can increase your work force as well as retaining staff 📈

DID YOU KNOW in 2019 370,000 women in the UK thought about leaving their current employment or they did leave! 🤯

Claire is championing that all employers have a menopause policy which explains how they will support women through the menopause and provide flexibility.

Claire also highlighted that she has heard from many women who have expressed that due to the effects the menopause had on them they thought about taking their own life. 🧠

Claire founded You, Me and The Menopause which provides an online support group for women who are going through the menopause.
