My ambition extended beyond merely offering menopause policies; I aimed to support other women facing challenges similar to mine. Out of this aspiration, our FREE menopause support group was born. We host face-to-face meetings every other month and maintain an online group as well. None of this would have been possible without the invaluable support of inspiring women who helped me establish this group and, of course, my family, whose unwavering encouragement empowered me to raise my voice and assist others navigating similar challenges.
